We are currently seeking a passionate, team-oriented individual for the position of an Account Executive (“AE”). The AE will be part of an account team that services clients with intellectually demanding, complex subject matter and projects including strategy setting, research synthesis, print collateral creative executions, asset management and digital/social media content development. The Karma Account Executive role is a blend of client service, project management, idea generation and strategic thinking.
The AE is a junior-level account management position and supports a team that typically includes a Senior Account Executive, Account Manager, Account Supervisor and Account Director, along with supporting AEs and AAEs. Key day-to-day responsibilities include receiving and facilitating client requests, managing multiple ongoing client projects, planning and maintaining timelines, developing creative briefs and scopes of work, collaboration on strategy mapping and client presentations, and conducting and synthesizing research that contributes to client strategic imperatives.
